Howard Group broke ground for two hotels at Grand Boulevard, a $200-million shopping and entertainment development at the entrance of the 2,400-acre Sandestin (Fla.) Golf and Beach Resort. A Courtyard and a Residence Inn are scheduled to open in the fall. Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort will manage and operate both Marriott properties, which together offer almost 300 rooms and suites.
