A topping-off ceremony was held at the 15-story Westin Arlington (Va.) Gateway. The $60-million, 336-room hotel is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2006. It is owned by The JBG Cos. and managed by Westin Hotels & Resorts. The hotel is the third and final building to be constructed as part of the 1-million-square-foot mixed-use Arlington Gateway development.
