IT is bad enough Prince Charles moving his mistress in, but it's downright insulting expecting taxpayers to foot the bill.

Why is the public funding a pounds 5million refurbishment of Clarence House so they can move in? It's not like the Queen Mother didn't leave a few bob - tax free at that. I often wonder why we tolerate these freeloaders.
