HERE'S ex-Corrie Street star Kevin Kennedy as fans of the soap have never seen him before - as a cross-dressing Bet Lynch lookalike.

Thirteen million watched Curly Watts' tearful farewell party in the Rover's Return as Kevin quit after 20 years playing the TV soap favourite.

And he earned roars of approval from hundreds of fans as he minced on stage in the Rocky Horror Show at Bristol Hippodrome with star Jonathan Wilkes. Kevin wore a Bet-style leopard-print jacket, pink blouse, black stockings, suspenders and high heels. Kevin said getting into character was "worryingly easy".
