PRINCE Harry is like any other 18-year-old lad who has finished his exams. He wants to have a year out, doing nothing and exploring the world.

On the face of it, there's nothing wrong with that. But you can't help feeling a little annoyed at the fact it will cost pounds 600,000 to see him enjoying his year off when thousands of ill people are awaiting hospital appointments and under-privileged youngesters are in need of education. It's a huge sum just to enjoy himself.
