Your Say: Final insult to Bulgers
M J LewisTHE tenth anniversary of two-year-old James Bulger's death has just passed and salt continues to be rubbed in the wounds of his parents.
The killers, who have been given new identities, new lives and round-the-clock security second only to the Royals and Tony Blair, see themselves as VIPs because of such treatment.
Now the authorities who saw fit to release Robert Thompson and Jon Venables have sent them holidaying abroad on the anniversary of James's death for protection, despite them already having cost us pounds 250,000.
As men, they are showing signs of becoming uncontrollable in their molly-coddled world and I can feel nothing for them but contempt.
