I FIND it quite incredible: how Western leaders have managed - by inept handling of the 'War with Iraq' issue - to paint themselves as dangerous and loutish giants on the world stage threatening and bullying the so-cuddly innocent that Saddam now seems to have become. It is truly a case of rampant propaganda backfiring badly.
