TONY Blair and others have publicly admitted that we are unprepared to deal with terrorism, germ warfare and the like. How easily this information could get to Saddam Hussein and Osama bin Laden. During WWII, placards warned that "Careless Talk Costs Lives". Have they forgotten? Or are they all too young?
