Guys in search of girls again

THIS is the second serving out of the Pie dish that gave a bad name to Mom's home baking when her boy applied the oven-fresh sweet tart to relieve a portion of himself in the absence of a compliant sweetheart. It's not anything like so down-and-dirty as the first hormonal frolic.

One of the five buddies, now finishing their freshman year at college, accidentally substitutes superglue for lubricant on his manly parts, and gives new meaning to a one-night stand. That's the money sequence, folks; but, apart from another would-be stud being pissed on from a great height and thinking it's champagne until he licks his lips, that's your ration of gross.

The horny boys rent a lakeside house for the summer vacation and look for outlets - or, rather, inputs - for their sex urges.

Girls, as ever, are more mature, or, at least less shrinking, than the fellows: if they're not, then be sure they're mistaken for mankilling lesbians. The boys all behave like arrested cases of male virginity: all eager, but somehow unable, to get it up.

The usual encounters are present: top side (girls) or rear view (guys), opening with co-eds caught in flagrante by their respective parents walking in and reeling back shocked, yes shocked.

But the heat's kept down by the incompetence of the acting and filmmaking.

Or maybe, just maybe, the boys are beginning to grow up.
