Plant pots sing Wet, Wet, Wet
EXCLUSIVE by FIONA JAMESBRAINY Rebecca Peterson has invented a flowerpot that sings when it needs watering.
Rebecca, 22, came up with the idea during her final year at Brunel University, in Uxbridge, Middlesex.
Now she hopes it will land a top prize on BBC1's Best Inventions show, as well as grabbing the attention of plant lovers.
The invention has another futuristic feature, too - you can phone up and water the plant remotely by pressing a number on your handset.
Rebecca said: "The project was only meant for my university course so I wanted it to be fun. Now it has been chosen to be considered alongside really worthy inventions."
