This time of year for most people is all about taking stock of expanding waistlines and facing up to a bruised credit card, rather than thinking about buying a new home. But in many ways this is actually one of the best times of the year to pick up a bargain in the new build market. Because developers are keen to attract buyers from the smaller pool of people who are out house-hunting at this time of year, they are going out of their way to make themselves the most attractive option.
Bellway Homes has introduced incentive packages on the final few four bedroom detached villas at their Springfield Mill development in Carronshore, Falkirk. The sale price includes the option of part- exchange, (pounds) 2000 cash-back or a package of fitted carpets and curtains throughout and a turfed rear garden worth around (pounds) 3,000. The two styles are the Atholl priced at (pounds) 99,995 and the Thurso priced from (pounds) 102,995 which also has an garage and downstairs cloakroom. Call on 01324 559380 for more details.
