AFTER five years in power it is time for Labour to deliver a viable public transport system.

Previous governments had no interest in public transport. It would be a tragedy if this administration does not implement a system which gives incentives and encouragement for the use of trains and buses.

It is a disgrace that in the year 2002 our public transport system is in such a state.
