THE voting public has every right to know about the sham marriage of Eleanor Laing if she and her party hypocritically preach about their commitment to "family values". Such breathtaking double standards deserve to be exposed by a free press - which is why we in Britain should vigorously resist all attempts to muzzle ours under the guise of "privacy protection".
