The former Radisson Suite Resort on Sand Key in Clearwater Beach, Florida, has undergone a multi-million-dollar renovation and has reopened as the 220-suite Marriott Suites Clearwater Beach on Sand Key, Florida's first and only all-suite Marriott. The 10-story hotel overlooks the waters of Clearwater Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

Each two-room suite with water view features living room with double sleeper sofa bed, private balcony, two TVs, microwave, refrigerator, and wet bar. Amenities include an outdoor pool with 35-foot waterfall, whirlpool, fitness center, salon and massage services, kids' activity center, jet skiing, parasailing, sailing, and kayaking. Restaurants and lounges include Watercolour Steakhouse & Grille; Kokomo's poolside bar and grill; and Java Cafe, which serves Starbucks coffee.
