Your Letters: Reader's letter
Peter FrancisYOUR excellent article reveals the stretched resources of the support groups which could have prevented the Allins having to resort to illegal means to help their sons.
We need tougher laws to allow police to confiscate all assets of convicted drug-dealers and use the cash to fund counselling and support services for addicts.
Some countries have far harsher penalties for drug-dealing, and the least we can do in this country is to return the huge profits made by dealers to help those who have become addicted through their nefarious activities.
