This 30-leaf portfolio is comprised of 19 illustrated project sheets and 10 pages of guidelines and instructions to accompany the projects. The first leaf of the portfolio contains general prefatory matter. The projects are designed to be "suitable for both beginners and advanced" metal workers. Some of them include: a rectangular box, an ashtray, a candy dish, a candlestick holder, bookends and jewelry. Each of the project sheets and the instructional sheets are numbered; 2-30. The portfolio is orange with black lettering and design. A small, nearly-square image of a man hand-tooling a metal cup is below the title on the front cover. The back cover and the insides of the covers are blank.
