THIS year I am going to select a star of the week who has made an outstanding contribution to the game. It could be a young player, an established star, a manager or a fan so if you think someone deserves a mention let me know.

My first star of the week is Ryan Giggs because he has turned Manchester United around.

He was outstanding against Fulham and if you are looking for a role model while all around him seems to be going mad, this is the boy.
