The moves set the stage for an ever-expanding variety of enticements by ISPs to find ways to hook newbies into the wonderful world of online media. If such offers proliferate, will they have any effect on PC sales? Since most new PC owners these days seem to buy so they can access the Internet, what's the incentive for buying a PC when access providers are giving 'em away?
