assyst Taps Ludolph to Direct North American Operations

assyst Automation Software and Systems GmbH has appointed Rick Ludolph as president of assyst Inc., in charge of directing the company's North American operations.

Ludolph, who has more than 27 years of experience in the sewn products industry, most recently served as vice president of marketing for Lectra Systems Inc.

A global supplier of CAD/CAM and supply chain management solutions, assyst recently acquired the Bullmer cutting machine business. The firm's North American headquarters are in Research Triangle Park, NC. Ludolph will be based in Atlanta, GA.
