There's a new name to remember at the EDD, it's Simon Ramsubhag. He was recently named EDD problem resolution manager. The EDD taxpayer rights advocate is Michele Mosley. Both can be reached at (916) 654-8957, or by fax at (916) 654-6969. These are the same numbers for the EDD Settlement Program.
