NICOLE Kidman walks tall at a glitzy Hollywood party as husband Tom Cruise is honoured with a special award.

She towered above fellow actress Jodie Foster when she saw Tom (right) pick up the 1998 John Huston Award from the Artists Rights Foundation.

Cruise, top-earning star of Born On The Fourth Of July and Top Gun, won a special mention for his stand in making sure that stars' work is not altered.

But just like Jodie - now expecting her first baby - Nicole puts Cruise in the shade in the height department.

He was forced to stand on a box when they starred together in Far And Away.

But their marriage is said to be one of the strongest in Hollywood which proves that size isn't everything.
