Rix Fiat Ducato Maxi 2.8-litre diesel powered longwheelbase high roof vans are being operated by a Brighton-based windows and conservatory company to offer an improved service to customers throughout the south-east.

Until fielding this new fleet, Premier Windows Doors and Conservatories Ltd of Portslade was served by a variety of vans. Now it is presenting a uniform corporate image with identical 12 cubic metre vans fitted out as workshops for greater efficiency. Two of them are also equipped with side mounted frails for carrying large sheets of glass.

On contract from Fiat Auto Contracts, the Ducato Maxi vans were supplied to Premier Windows by Fiat dealer Tates of Portslade.
