Tyre deal to benefit fleets - news

FLEETS LOOK SET to benefit from the signing of a three-year multi-million pound pan-European tyre repair, replacement and management contract between Kwik-Fit Fleet and vehicle management giant LeasePlan.

Under the terms of the contract, Kwik-Fit becomes the preferred supplier to LeasePlan in its three largest European markets--the Netherlands, UK and France--as well as Germany.

Benefits will include improved communication and tyre service for customers that have pan-European service level agreements in place to benchmark service delivery. LeasePlan customers will also benefit from increased access to Kwik-Fit's fast-fit centres and mobile units.

The new contract heralds the formalisation of a long-standing business relationship between the two companies.
