It's Gary Mini-ker!

With a copy of the Beano stuffed in his blazer pocket and his shirt hanging over the top of his short trousers, Gary Lineker shows he's still a child at heart.

But Gary, and that other big kid in England's football squad, Paul Gascoigne, take a back seat in a new pounds 2million advertising campaign for a limited edition of Walkers Salt and Lineker crisps.

Gary memorably reduced Gazza to tears when he caught him snaffling his crisps in the last TV commercial.

But this time the action switches from the football-ground to the playground.

The stars are nine-year-old Scott Charles and Jot Macnamee, eight, arguing over who should be Gazza and who should be Gary in their kickabout. Just like before, it ends in tears with the crisps ending up on the floor. Scott and Jot were picked from thousands for the roles beause they were dead ringers for the two football stars when they were youngsters.

Blonde-haired Scott is the young Gary lookalike while Jot's nearest and dearest are praying that in his case it's just a passing resemblance and he won't progress into throwing Gazza-style tantrums.

Yet Scott reckons Gary also has his moments. "Pick on someone your own size," he snapped as one-time goody-goody Gary made a fast getaway on HIS skateboard munching a packet of HIS crisps.
