Bid to bury wife in garden fails
CHRIS MURPHYA MAN today failed in a bid to bury his wife in his back garden.
Dover Council took Terry Leigh to Canterbury County Court after he said his wife's dying wish was to be buried alongside their pets. The court was told the move would devalue neighbouring homes. The judge agreed, but Mr Leigh said he was "disgusted" and planned to appeal.
