I APPLAUD Stotty's article on Diane Thompson's pay rise. British executives are now second in the salary league to the USA. In return, they give us lousy rail services, the lowest pay for employees in Europe and poor maternity rights. Tony Blair should think about increasing tax on fat cats' salaries.
