THE forthcoming Geneva motor-show will give the public a look at Chevrolet's most important European car to date.

The new Captiva SUV is Chevy's first diesel-powered SUV and was specifically designed for Europe. Engines are a 1.2litre 150bhp diesel or a 142bhp 2.4litre16-valve four-cylinder petrol.

Seating for seven will also be available when the car goes on sale in August.
