"It's amazing to me the number of players that are alleged to be using steroids in the major leagues. I'm certainly not trying to play the part of some pious guy who has not made mistakes in his life. I've never used steroids, but, hey, look, we've all transgressed, without a doubt. It's amazing to me that the temptation, the lure of the big dollar, will have players rolling the dice, as far as their own health is concerned ... for short-term success."
