PENNEY DROPS

David Penney couldn't contain his frustration as a second-half goal blitz sent Swansea spinning down to Division Three.
The midfielder was involved in a bad-tempered bust-up with County boss Steve Thompson when the final whistle confirmed their relegation.
Thompson provoked the incident a few minutes earlier when he tossed a water bottle in Penney's direction.
It was in response to a foul by Penney which led to County striker Tony Battersby having to be withdrawn with a shoulder injury.
As the players left the pitch, Penney appeared to barge into Thompson and the pair had to be separated.
It was a sad way to end an afternoon which had begun so brightly for Swansea.
Relegation had seemed inevitable but Jan Molby wanted his players to go down in style and the player-manager had cause to be pleased with their first-half show. Molby's class inevitably stood out as they forced four corners in 11 minutes and the former Liverpool star carved out a good chance.
It fell for Penney whose fierce shot was turned over by Darren Ward.
Swansea couldn't contain Division Two leading scorer Gary Martindale.
He set up goals for Shaun Murphy and Tony Agana after 47 and 63 minutes, before finally getting himself on the score-sheet.
That came on 71 minutes after hard-pressed keeper Roger Freestone had made a splendid double save.
Martindale was involved again after 76 minutes, opening the way for Steve Finnan to score.
A minute earlier Swans striker Steve Torpey had mis-kicked in front of goal - and that just about summed up their day.
In the final seconds, Swans Andy Cook cleared off the line from Ian Richardson.
