Salsaerobics. - video recording reviews
SALSAEROBICS
Salsaerobics is an inventive and hotblooded combination of Latin moves with aerobics. Some reviewers felt Salsaerobics was not a follow along workout. Instead, they felt it was obviously a demonstration tape which will be used to promote this new form of dance exercise. Salsaerobics uses a combination of Latin dance steps to provide a fluid, compelling, beat-driven aerobic workout. The movements are all intricately choreographed, but not difficult. Unfortunately, none of the steps were introduced prior to the dance routines so reviewers were never sure if they were doing them right. The warm-up is a free dance - no organization or instruction except to "let yourself go" and to "feel the music." There's no right or wrong way to do it. The video is beautifully produced, with a relaxed and seductive atmosphere. You'll be transported by the tropical beach scene to a feeling of Miami spice. On the whole, reviewers thoroughly enjoyed this departure from the typical aerobics class. Besides being a dance program all exercisers may enjoy, this may just be what the Hispanic market needs in terms of music, movement and enjoyment.
