BODY IMPACT
Sometimes sensational packages come in smaller budgets. Pat Gelfand, an AFAA certified instructor, is director of a sports medicine clinic with her husband in Athens, Georgia, and creator and star of Body Impact. The five-star winner leaves nothing to guesswork. Noted for its comprehensive start-to-finish conscientious application of safe guidelines, Gelfand takes care of her viewers. By occupation, she has a master's degree in food chemistry, has worked for the USDA, and currently teaches aerobics, health and municipal groups and schools. Her nutritional counseling really stands out in the program, making it comprehensive. The reason she put all levels in one tape is to use the tape among groups. It's used extensively for groups. Often if you work at a beginner level for months, you're ready to advance to intermediate, then advanced. This way, the tape does not become obsolete. You also get great cues to modify. Sometimes people lack one component of fitness, such as flexibility, but they are strong in endurance. In this way, they can vary the levels within the program itself. Order through Body Impact, P.O.
