Matthew MillerI'm astonished that Delta Air Lines isn't a part of your "top companies" to work for ["Paths to Success," October 23]. Delta has full domestic-partner benefits, allowing gay employees to take managed time off for domestic situations; full beneficiary life insurance and survivor benefits; complete flight benefits (which match those of married couples); and a discrimination clause preventing anyone from not being considered for employment because of their sexual orientation.

How could you not have included FleetBoston Financial Group! Diversity is one of Fleet's greatest strengths. GLBT people and even people with AIDS/HIV have a safe, supportive working environment. Benefits are available for domestic partners, although partners must live together. Fleet is also a major supporter of our AIDS walk.
