Thank you for your article "Daring to Be Bears" [August 20]. I'm 6 foot 2, 195 pounds, smooth by genetics, pretty attractive--and a big fan of bears! Give me a hairy-chested, bearded "real" man over some gym-rat shaved twink any day of the week! It's about time The Advocate acknowledged that a "normal" group of gay men exists out there.
