Letter: Reader's letter

WHAT a truly awful person Michael Barrymore has become. At a fundraiser for children, boozed out of his head, he said he had better things to do than appear at a charity night. That just about sums up the sad old man that Barrymore has become. I suppose it would be too much to hope that in mitigation of his dreadful conduct a very large cheque could be winging its way to the charity's headquarters?
