CITROEN are making a surprise appearance at the Los Angelus motor show this week. The French firm will show US crowds the C4 hatchback in what is being seen as an experiment, gauging American reaction rather then a commitment to the US market. Citroen's only successful US market car was the DS. The 2CV was exported in the mid-1960s in a disastrous exercise.
