Diane Margaret Mitchellpounds 100 LETTER
WITH new laws totally banning the use of mobile phones in cars,it beggars belief that Liz Hurley should be PHOTOGRAPHED using her mobile while driving her fancy sleek Mercedes.
Surely with photographic evidence available, Miss Hurley should be charged, or at least given a warning by the police. But no doubt this is a case of one rule for them and another for us ordinary folk.
