I WAS astounded to read comedian Brendan O'Carroll is planning to run for Taoiseach.

I think the country should take him very seriously.

Three of the most famous politicians in the world, Hitler, Chairman Mao and Napoleon, were all small men with incredibly large egos.

The people of Ireland should take this political threat very seriously.

If we don't stop him now, our children could be studying How's Your Snowballs in school instead of Shakespeare.
