QIm unhappy with the size of my breasts and want to try herbal tablets that can increase my bust naturally.

AYou can buy herbal tablets claiming to give you a fuller bust, but Im not convinced theyre worth the money. Theyre based on plants rich in phyto-oestrogens, the compounds that mimic natural oestrogen, which is the hormone that affects breast tissue. The formulas contain widely available herbs such as wild yam (used for balancing the menstrual cycle), fenugreek (to balance hormone production) and kelp (to stimulate the thyroid gland). These herbs are safe but may interact with other medications or affect hormone production in rare cases, so consult a health professional before taking them. A typical breast supplement is The Perfect C (perfectcbreastenhancer.co.uk). It is said to work best with 18 to 35-year-olds and is NOT suitable for under 18s or for pregnant or breast-feeding women.
