Police rap for pen-jab teacher

A TEACHER has been cautioned by police for jabbing an eight-year- old pupil with a ballpoint pen.

Susan Cann of Saron Primary Ammanford, West Wales, was interviewed after the boy's parents made a complaint about bruises on his arm.

The incident happened after the boy, Rhys Thomas, was said to have jabbed another boy with his pencil.

His mother Helen, 31, said last night: "We are unhappy that the teacher was not suspended."
