I'D BEGBIE TO DO IT AGAIN
ROSS CLARKFILM star Robert Carlyle has said he would love to reprise his Trainspotting role of psychopath Begbie.
But the Glasgow actor said a sequel to the cult drugs film which made him a star is unlikely.
He said it would be hard to secure Trainspotting's lead, Ewan McGregor, who is now one of Hollywood's hottest stars. Carlyle, said: "He's off in hyperspace."
The 43-year-old, who is married to make-up artist Anastasia, also said that fatherhood made him turn his back on Hollywood.
The dad of two said: "You realise there are other things in the world."
