More child porn suspects

THOUSANDS more Britons could be investigated after it emerged that a new list of suspected paedophiles surfing the net for child pornography had been drawn up in the US.

British detectives have been sent the list, which adds to the 7,272 names received last year.

Police chiefs admit it will take years to clear the present backlog before they can even begin to tackle new suspects.
