Buystream has launched AirMetrics, a product designed to offer mobile operators insights into how their subscribers make use of the mobile Internet. Operators can fine-tune their products to better meet the needs of their clients, making for more effective initiatives.
Buystream AirMetrics is the first enterprise software solution to help wireless operators understand the mobile Internet. Buystream enters this new market with guidance from national digital wireless provider, TELUS Mobility. As the lead customer, TELUS Mobility has been helping Buystream refine its existing data capture, storage and analysis technology to extend the reach of CRM-enabling applications to the wireless Web.
AirMetrics tracks patterns of usage on the wireless Web, showing the content, services and applications used, error rates and behavior profiles for groups of similar subscribers. This data is presented through a Web-based interface in near real-time. Mobile operators gain insight into their subscribers' online experiences and can use this information to segment their client base, reduce subscriber churn rates and increase average revenue per unit.
Buystream AirMetrics enables the integration of mobile browsing metrics with existent CRM systems, including customer support systems, datamarts and billing systems. Integration can be completed in less than a month and mobile operators are offered a very quick return on investment.
