Numerex announced its long-term wireless technology strategy for the addition of new digital capabilities to its portfolio of wireless network services. The company's plan has been designed to meet long-term global market demands in M2M communications by providing a multi-functional network platform and new multimode radio technology. This announcement comes after the development and successful completion of initial testing of several digital wireless product offerings.

Numerex customers will soon send M2M messages via Cellemetry within digital networks, SMS telemetry and circuit switched data (CSD), depending upon their specific needs. This new cross-network delivery system provides an efficient, cost effective and seamless solution for the delivery of data, in real time packets, both in an analog and digital network environment.
