LETTERS: READER'S LETTER

I AM outraged at Labour's plans to let parents of children under 17 work a four-day week so they can have a long weekend. Have they actually bothered to think about the crippling effects this could have on smaller companies?

I work in sheltered accommodation and we have a staff of just 10, eight of whom have children under 17. Why should I be expected to cover their work so they can sit at home while their kids are at school? This will cause bad feelings between workmates.
