The block has cutting edge specifications but this two-bedroom penthouse spread over two floors comes with a hefty price tag of pounds 450,000. Even those going for the "cheaper" option will have to pay pounds 175K to buy a one-bedroom apartment. What you get for your money is plenty of interesting architectural features such as exposed painted steelwork, timber flooring and even privacy film on the bedroom windows! Buyers at this end of the market demand a high- spec finish so with this in mind kitchens and bathrooms are top end.
