King Crimson coming to town June 15
Tina MaplesA reunited version of the British progressive rock group King Crimson, led by founding guitarist Robert Fripp, will perform at 7:30 p.m. June 15, a Thursday, at the Riverside Theatre, 116 W. Wisconsin Ave.
The current members singer-guitarist (and Lake Geneva resident) Adrian Belew, bassist Tony Levin and ex-Yes drummer Bill Bruford hail from the 1981 re-formation of Crimson's ever-revolving lineup. Also featured are Trey Gunn and Pat Mastelotto.
Reserved seats, at $35, $30 and $25 plus service charges, go on sale at 10 a.m. Monday 3/13at Ticketmaster outlets, the Riverside box office and by phone charge at 276-4545.
