Pollstar magazine reports that Neil Young will not headline Lollapalooza '95 as planned, since a financial agreement could not be reached between tour organizers and the granddaddy o' grunge. The trade magazine reports that Young is working on an album with Pearl Jam and might join the Seattle band on its "No Ticketmaster" summer tour. Lollapalooza has had trouble landing headliners of late: last year, Nirvana removed itself from the running shortly before Kurt Cobain's suicide.
