IT IS frightening that investigative journalist Paul Kenyon was able to obtain a false driving licence in the name of David Blunkett by using a copy of his birth certificate. The Government constantly warns us to be vigilant and security conscious yet The Home Secretary's personal details have been stolen from under their nose.
