HEARTBROKEN Les Dennis made a last-ditch bid to save his failing marriage by buying a luxury lovenest.

The comedian bought the EUR1million country retreat in Norfolk in the hope that it would re-kindle his relationship with actress wife Amanda Holden.

But the couple, who split up this week, never got to stay in the property.
