The BRUSSELS REGION INVESTMENT COMPANY (S.R.I.B./G.I.M.B.) is a limited liability company with a capital amounting to 3 billion BEF.
The company's portfolio exhibits investments embracing businesses as diverse as metallic manufacturing, printing, high level electronics, fashion, media technology (audio-visual), etc.
The S.R.I.B./G.I.M.B. manages a portfolio of approximately forty companies of which 60 % are industrial projects.
As a financial partner the S.R.I.B./G.I.M.B. concentrates its efforts on minority interventions by means of: share capital, bonds, convertible bonds or bond-warrant combinations. The intervention period varies from 5 to 10 years.
